I’m not a long time employee of XOM. To be more precise I’ve been here for 4 years, but I remember that when I started the work conditions and the atmosphere at the company were much better than now. So, we are talking about a big change towards the worse in a relatively short amount of time.
Now we are faced with toxicity, micromanagement, deterioration of the financial condition, and on top of it all if the constant fear of layoffs and PIPs.
I have been taught to stick through the tough times and that thing will eventually get better.l However, in this situation I don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Is it worth sticking around or is it definitely the moment to hit the job market?
