Before I came here, I was prepared for the worst because I knew what kind of company I was coming to. However, it turned out to be even worse than that.
I really won't be able to continue working for several people for much longer. Management is very bad and they have high expectations of everyone but themselves.

Walmart‘s expectations are unrealistic especially for third shift I’m an hourly manager who is told to stay till 8 9 even 10 o’clock in the morning well the expectation for dayshift is that they can leave at their schedule time whether their job is complete or not or if the store is a train wreck they get to leave the third shift does not
Walmart has high expectations of people and they have a merry-go-round of employees becuase of it. Walmart is a port in the storm, consider it that way. Walmart is not a place to make a career out of. They have high expectations, but don’t ask them to meet some of your concerns or high expectations of them. Every employee has expectations of the way they should be treated on the job. Walmart is not the employer that will meet your expectations, they are all about their bottom line
Sounds like your options are limited if you’re working at Walmart in the first place. Too bad for you, but it’s a good life lesson for others. Maybe if you would have finished high school, or didn’t get arrested, or weren’t fired from every other job you ever had, things might be different. Bad life choices have consequences. Now you are discovering that.
As the Market would always say "Walmart has the highest expectations in the industry"
Agree and it never gets better.
