How long have you been thinking about leaving?
I gave myself a deadline to get out of here by the end of next month. I have made that decision from the moment I was told it was my fault that customers walk out of the store. In reality, it’s actually the fault of not being able to be in 10 places at the same time and do 10 different jobs. I don’t intend to stay a day longer than that. I don't understand people who have been wanting to leave for months or even years and are not doing anything about it.
