supposedly they are trying to catch the lazy managers in action, there have been so many complaints about this. so they are going to certain stores they believe have these managers, i am sure they will catch a few sitting down , on their phones, online shopping, and whatever else goes on in that office when the doors are shut.

Our store has no security and we are robbed blind on a daily basis.
Cameras are off, and there's no security at some stores
Don’t think executive leaders will visit some Belk stores in February 2022 just to smile and say hello to all Belk beloved workers. The message is really “Hit the road Jack” to some or more negative cash flow Belk stores this year after inventory.
Can’t run big financial distress Belk stores with 1.5 billion dollars in debt without closing many stores. Facts and figures don’t lie only Belk executive leaders think the best is yet to come!
They are not traveling to stores just for the heck of it, especially without telling where they are going. I'm sure this is not a good thing. Just sayin'
Surprise corporate visits are never good. if your store is on that list, something is wrong, something probably serious.
Nobody said that someone is watching cameras. What was said that access is available if somebody wants to watch, nobody needs to come to stores to “spy” on managers in person. You again with your twists.
Not absurd. When we call remote monitoring with a LP issue sometimes nobody answers. In fact, the cameras is some stores have been out for months.
Fake news
Try again troll
Absurd. There are cameras at the stores, nobody needs to travel for that reason. If somebody with authority really wants to follow up on those complaints, they can watch time, who comes and goes, who is on a floor and not, how projects get handled, all kind of activities.
