With COVID numbers again quickly increasing, Management refuses to close the office saying its employee decision to come or not , but then our supervisors are putting strong pressure to come to office. We all know this will play a factor in rank process. Every time we have a communication, managers and supervisors say everyone wants to be in office but this is not true.

OP. What you are describing is “typical ExxonMobil” culture as of recent years. If you have an ounce of talent, leave. If you got not talent and no morals (you don’t seem like one as you have already questioned the status quo), stay here like many others. Toxicity and subservient nature fits in.
