Seems like we are getting a huge influx of Nike folks that have jumped ship in some key leadership levels. This is concerning as CSC has always had a more collaborative, open and trusting culture that is the antithesis of Nike leadership. More than coincidental when 6 out of 7 of these recently filled positions are by ex-Nike. Yes, Portland is a small pond and yes, we are in similar (sort of) industries. I can't imagine that the swoosh is going to be able to retain a significant amount of their talent in this "great resignation" era, but I'm hoping that these are good folks looking to assimilate into a good company and culture versus bringing in their baggage and attitudes with them.

Yeah, you really changed the pace here. Ridiculous Dark Agile adoption, stressed out employees that have no clear direction or leadership. squads more siloed than ever, ambiguity, favoritism and a whole lot of "look at me! I'm the smartest one in the room and speak in cool acronyms that no one understands". You changed the pace indeed. Way to "win the day!"
Hope not. I’m ex-Nike and love the change of pace.
