Inventory is finally over. Tommorow I can actually eat breakfast and lunch. Did everyone have to work over 9 hours every day with snacks and a 15 min break?

Associates only get 30-36 hrs the week of inventory. what "extra cash"are you talking about??
Yes, I remember when RIGS did our inventory. It was a nightmare. We were there all night long leaving around 8 am exhausted. Good to have Belk employees who know the merchandise do it. Also, why wouldn't Belk employees want the extra hours and payroll dollars?
You should know by now everything Belk performs is a bid Scam and Sweatshop cheap labors because filthy executive leaders know they can use and abuse you to the maximum!
So if RGIS is too expensive, then are you admitting you underpay your associates and managers? Are you getting a "bargain" by having associates do inventory? Or are you cooking the books and not wanting a third party privy to your scam?
We used to have RGIS do ours. Always on Super Bowl Sunday. We closed for the day, but it only took that one day. It was a headache because we had to do a prelim check, have them do it and then follow up. "Price Check!!!" We would hear it all day. Stock rooms and the floor had to be in good shape and proper labeling for it to go smoothly. And.....a lot of times it didn't go smoothly. Being right after Christmas with returns and trying to transition into Spring. Having employees do it allows more leeway. The other part of that is it takes a few days and we remain open.

Many companies are saving money by not using inventory services as the accuracy is equivalent to the employees of company
why would a company the size of Belk have associates do inventory? RGIS typically does inventory for large stores.
Why would you understand what anyone else feels? Oh thats right you represent belk you have no heart. You know what you can do with your tissue!
