A company doesn't need a federal law or any law at all to say you need to be vaccinated to enter their stores. Any establishment can have this policy.

Federal mandate for health care workers was left in place. I believe they said OSHA was overstepping it’s authority in issuing the mandate.

Businesses are free to implement the mandate on their own.

Actually what the Court said is that there cannot be a FEDERAL mandate for vaccinations. There still can be state and city ones

Word to the wise. Believe it or not but we will be in chapter 11 by this time next year. Part of the liquid assets that were reported last week as $500m is the line of credit we have been drawing on for the last 8 years. Once that is exhausted then we will have no real means of paying the vendors. Once that starts to happen then vendors stop doing business with us. Game over MT. Vaccine mandate gets ruled as unconstitutional and the lawsuits will bury us as well.

When does fiscal year end?
Will they let those unvaccinated full timers go at that point?

It’s all about the liability.

i'm sure it's all about liability; this way, if there's an outbreak or some customer ends up in a hospital or something, they can say 'well we required everyone to vaccinate, not our fault!'
