That's what he told me after I stood up for myself and refused to accept even more work he was trying to get me to do despite it not being my job. I stood my ground and now I know I'm in trouble. I guess there's a PIP in my immediate future but I don't care. I have too much to do as it is. There are other jobs that treat employees better.

Considering how many people are leaving, it is easy to come to conclusion that is not too hard to find a new job.
I'm glad that you stood up for yourself.
