Do you notice Inflation? Should our pay be adjusted (across the board, all Macy's employees)?

WOW you guys are wrong saying only new hires will get higher rates and raises. Everyone from J.G. to District Leaders will get nice big raises.
Inflation is at a 40 year high. Over 7% increase highest since 1982. Highly doubt Macy’s will raise wages for anyone other than the new hires and only once May arrives based on their announcement last year.
Macy’s only increased wages for new hires. They could care less about the livelihood of long term employees. In Macy’s eyes we are all just numbers.
