Receiving Dept Walkouts In Florence, SC - Something Must Be Terribly Wrong

Word is, the whole department left this week. How many? I don't know, but I know they're scrambling and desperate for help. Not desperate enough to pay more than about $10/hr. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Vaccination requirements are not abuse. More and more places ate requiring it. You just leave and that means a poor reference. Job search ahead if time

My guess is the vaccination requirement is factoring in to people simply leaving. Most associates hate it here to begin with, this will be what truly pushes them out the door on to something better. It is coming from a would be nice to have more associates in stores to an absolute need to even open the doors.

Good for them! You can only put up with abuse and be taken advantage of for so long.
