Everyone look at your 401K. They took away your pension and now focus on a 401K. Look at your 2025 401K. It's in negative YES RED territory. Then, you go to the grocery store and the shelves are empty. Then, take a look at the prices of your basics....gas, food, energy bills etc. They got you where they want you. You work for them and not to better yourself. Shameful the show we have going along with the show we got now. Shameful. 2022....make the right choices.

"SF dr-g test ALL your employees at ALL levels!" A simple competency test would be nice. Good luck to all the competent people in training on getting your multi state licenses and then bailing for a competitor and their better pay with more respect.
I am assuming the OP was referring to the 2025 FUND available to choose from the 401K and that they are not pleased with the performance.
OK scooter, go spend a buck 50 and buy a calendar, it is 2022, not 2025 snowflake.

Lotsa folks that work there and grew up as College or high school and local Illinois grads. Lotsa family work there and don’t know much.
Been that way decades and they get huge pensions, bonus and stick it out for as much dough as they can. Nepotism reigns there.
No severance anymore intentionally like they did last reduction. Just run folks off they don’t like or that ask questions.
Many Many walked away with tons of money. Today bad for exiting other employees. A game of deceit really.
