Colleagues who have repeatedly said that they will not take the vaccine and that they will find another company that does not require vaccination, where are they now?
They are still working at Walmart, only became vaccinated in the meantime.
I don't even know what other options those who refuse to get vaccinated are talking about?

Even if the Supreme Court strikes down both mandates, I’d still like to see anyone and everyone in a service industry, hospitality, retail, healthcare or public contact job get the shot, or be fired. The bottom line is, if you deal with the public in any role, you should have the shot. I’m not alone.
Been over 2 years since I’ve been in this site and I see the sheep are still here being led. Come on guys there are so many better jobs out there. Move on.
If the mandate holds, does that mean everyone is going to get the shot? Or, put your job/income in jeopardy? What is the right price? If Walmart gave you $1000 bonus in your paycheck, would you do it? What will it take for everyone to be vaccinated?
Another option is to marry a rich woman. You by chance don't happen to know one, do you?

It is still terrible you’re only option is Walmart. They are just a step above fastfood(which hires all the criminals and dr-g addicts). Walmart is still probably worse to work for than McDonalds
I've given thousands of these shots. Outside of the J&J vaccine, nobody has had any issues whatsoever other than injection site pain and maybe feeling a bit under the weather or a day. I am no fan of this company and almost never agree with the way the mo--ns who run it operate but please, don't be stupid. Just get the shot. North of 90% of the people in the ICU with ventilators jammed down their throat are unvaccinated. Just get the shot. Please.

There’s very little options. Most or all employers are requiring proof of vaccinations for new employees because they surely don’t want to be put in the same position, again.
If you don’t get the shot, you might be screwed.
