Last Friday half our team was told you are going to the new juice company. You no longer work for PepsiCo and you can’t apply for any jobs here for a year. Feeling Valued??? I think not.

The point is that they kept hiring people to work at Tropicana. Why bother knowing this would happen soon?
Ouch. I remember when they did this to another department. Said there could be no severance either because you don't work for PepsiCo now.
Was it a surprise that Pepsico divested their ever underperformed juice business? Ramon has been vocal about it.
