Maybe my store is trying out something new but how are you going to run a store 7 days a week with one supervisor? SM hasn't been seen in over 4 weeks, 2 other supervisors out with covid. Shortened hours or not, how does it all fall one one person?

Guess being on day 7 without a day off I should condor myself lucky. Hoping another supervisor shows up by the 17th, that's my best outcome I think. Been a supervisor 3 months, it's been a blast, let me tell you.
How many days straight without a day off?
I did more than 10, 10-11 hour days.
I know key holders who’ve worked open to close alone for over a week because there was no backup, store or district.
Main reason I left. They hollowed out the staff and couldn’t provide a plan.
