I do. The drive to India is real, I cannot say either how I know but the poster referencing licensing, and claims "train the trainer" cadre huddles is correct. If you are in claims you have already been noticing the "observation" and "assistance' from Allstate India in claims diaries creeping in without any announcement from the TG cronies in a town hall.

And I understand that people needed to be cut if you want to be competitive, some took pay rollbacks, many have frozen pay, health care that is garbage, a 401k thats junk (and being sued for fraud btw if you chose the management option--google don't accuse me of fabricating), capped PTO, and even work at home (yes it helped with Covid, but if the company didnt save millions in overhead also we'd all be back at work by now without a doubt). The benefits arent terrible but they sure aren't fantastic and every Open Enrollment is more bad news. Those going on disability because of stress? Good luck with that, anyone that knows anything about the vendor Allstate contracts with knows they are a denial mill (go read on the net about them, Allstate chose them because if you pay no claims your group premium is cheap), so advertising the existence of a benefit and its actual pratical availability are completely different mind you. And still, I understand its part business I guess I try to remind myself.

What I don't understand is the greed and disdain for labor at this company, the outright lying to employees, the hiding the ball, and the constant harping about how transparent management is about everything. It was not always this way but it has rapidly accelerated under TG, so its a culture set by those leaders-watch what they do not want they say. I've worked at other carriers and this one takes the cake on treating employees like cr@p. Tip: When your internal surveys show across-the-company stress/disdain/distrust, don't respond by hiring a harvard ivory tower career id--t to speak for an hour, then consider the problem fixed. To ad insult to injury, now unless you're a xx chromo or have a certain melanin content your career is officially over, and the company actualy cancelled the need for post-2ndary education for many jobs because it was "racist"! Unreal! Not that it matters I'm female and there is no glass ceiling here give me a break, I don't need a patronizing "lift up" that will make my co-workers resent me, who I do appreciate with their help and teamwork. This woke move will decrease team solidarity not improve it, but then if everyone is Indian I guess it wont matter (btw in India they have a social caste system, will TG be implementing Affirm Action for the "untouchables"? What's the plan? Go ahead: its transparent).

FInally, If you want to be the cheapest competitor in market, how about reinvesting your bonuses to offset liabilites you greedy, unethical, arrogant jerks: thats the $$$ you get above your already bloated pay, and that comes from the producers and claims people you hold in contempt. Insurance companies made record profits in 2021 and at the same time inflation is ki----g the American worker. Lead by example for a change TG team. (Our executive choses to donate millions to animal causes instead of human beings!?! Sure charity is admirable but Fido over St Jude? Tunnels to Towers? Nah. How utterly screwed up is that thinking!?!?). Again, LOOK AT WHAT THEY DO NOT WHAT THEY SAY.

OP this was so well said.

For me it showed exactly how I know no, not just me, but ALL of my peers who are in an area that is high expertise and high working.

The First Line Supervisors (pick your term du jour) have no authority and honestly in my area they do lot time filling out .xls sheets and going "to meetings.' (and IN B4A @ho-e this is not what an MBA emphasizes that is ALIENTATING YOUR LABOR).

Allstate wants 20K or whatever adjusters, and to person who corrected on proper term for the "Untouchables" I thank you I am NOT OP but I think OP made a good point, and you responded and just indicated this is proper term to use to refer to that caste so I appreciate and will note it.

Do you think Allstate will have an agresssive "Caste Action System" in India?

I do not.

I think our leaders are greedy scumbags.

Btw I do LOVE how you Reputation Defenders (who cares if you are employees, vendors, whatever you sell you soul) have been NAILED on this board. (Uh oh, they may try to roll out some secretive technqiues--I support you so rely on that ASVAB)
