I hear a lot of rumors about layoffs, but I still don’t know anyone who was laid off. Have the cuts already started? Who is the target? How big will the layoffs be? Please spill the beans.
I am more anxious than ever because getting cut is the last thing I need in my life right now.

There have been big layoff rumors here every month since the bloodbath in 2016. Every month, every quarter, someone posts here with "inside information" and it never comes to fruition. It'll be right eventually and they can say, "See, I told you!" but in the meantime don't get worked up over it. Do your job, expand your skill set, and keep your resume up-to-date.
Please anticipate, always have a B plan. Even if you don't use this.
And prepare your next move anyway. If you feel uncomfortable here, you'd better move.

No details but I know they’re at least planning for something. I was on a zoom yesterday with a director and while he was looking for a doc to review we accidentally saw notes on it. We asked and he did the management tap dance.
