Employees that are sick are now being scolded for calling in sick. Managers are told to make associates uncomfortable for calling in. This is beyond reckless and shows what a horrible company this is. Managers cannot discipline associates for this, but the are sure instructed to make them feel unconfortable and not be supportive. They ask probing, intrusive questions, that are none of their business. all they need to know is that you have it or have been exposed and have a note from a doctor.

ZIj, there is NOBODY to report to. Things happening now you won’t believe it, but people calling it like it is are getting forced out in a heart bit.
Boy the shills bs is really heating up. Your posts are so obvious. Lots of managers share what goes on with people they think they can trust and word gets out. And who exactly are they going to report it to. The non exsistant HR dept. Or the joke of an excel line.
