So, leadership sits in meetings to figure out ways to knock people down on ratings so they dream up some BS to put in a memo or performance review to prevent a "3" (average rating). Not necessarily because the employee sucks? Ugh!

Nope. Just a few below average whiners and complainers. They hate their job but are puzzled or perhaps bewildered about what to do about it.

Just like the military. The NCO's get together in a room and think of who they can get. Then, they gang upon the poor soldier. SF is no different. Until one of them uses what they were taught and brainwash the soldier to believe, things won't change. Trust none of them.
I agree 💯. The culture of using people and mistreating people is coming to an end. Leadership needs to learn to respect people while they sit up there and collect a check. It's the people from the bottom and up that keep this company from crumbling. Most managers are clueless and hand picked because they know how to kiss a-s and have a lemming mindset. Did you know in Leadership meetings they sit there and find ways to make life more difficult for everyone beneath them. It's all a numbers game. Even with bonuses they find ways to limit ratings because there is only so much in the cookie jar they can hand out in crumbs to people. It's a joke but if you stay joke is on you. Good luck.
