Ya know the difference in this plant dying verses the previous plants? There was no site made available where anyone could post their negative perceptions anonymously.
Wonder who is trying to prove what to who?

Narcissists- So many Dr Know It All’s in 273 but are not smart enough to see the layoffs coming again. Those know it all’s have no other skills than pretending to be an engineer and know everything.

@1pql+1eG9WuFP, not trying to convince anyone, just being real, hand slaps at best by the DOL. Such a finding should thrill all of those that oppose the CA and previous union leadership. You trust the process (DOL audit) and if they have no or nominal findings, you'll all be cool right? We hip?

PLEASE NO BS RESPONSE ABOUT "The DOL Won't Come Down Easy", my question is if they do you'll be very pleased correct and consider the matter closed? Trust the process :-)

@1syn+1eG9WuFP, let me understand, from your perspective embezzlement is established (an absolute fact that can be legally proven) has been determined then why no charges 3 years later. The DOL wrapped up the FIAT/Chrysler case in half that time and folks went to prison!. Get real.

This is great. lol!!! The company people who worked on the CA have all been demoted and the Union BA who signed the CA is at the center of an over 2 year (now criminal) investigation. Audits don’t turn criminal unless crimes were committed and minor or simple crimes do not take over 2 years to investigate. Someone is either trying to convince themselves they’re not fcked or thinks they can actually gaslight us into believing this sh-t. Either way, it’s funny AF. Only wish I knew who it was. Poor guy is either scared and trying to pretend things will be ok or just really st-pid.

If you think the only penalty to x-officers will be a verbal. You are either one of the guilty ones trying to make yourself feel better or out of touch with reality. People don’t embezzle hundreds of thousands of dollars and get a shame on you. It’s okay don’t ever do it again. Fools.

Agreed, the walls will come down on the anti-CA group, the DOL findings will be a) you’ve been bad ex-officers, b) shame on the membership for the lack of governance, c) all officers during the infractions must resign (if still in office) and d) no economic penalties
