AWS interview for security position

I’m experiencing the AWS interview process who’s managers are more qualified with a technical skill set than managers at State Farm. AWS wants the best where’s State Farm wants managers from Ad Services and software developers with no security background in these positions. Strange for a fortune 50 company.

Pay for the AWS position similar to my role at State Farm is 90k more.

Leadership at State Farm are a bunch of folks that get kudos for implementing shady process and system and know zero about what they are and risk and implications. Employees are a bunch of test rats and third parties and married and related folks that went to ISU, U of I and colleges now run that co. Klaus Schwab would be proud.

Nothing to be proud of. Lotsa self indulgence and buddy system and shady third parties.

Wonder how CCP is involved?

So odd for a large insurance carrier.

For $90k more you may want to rethink sticking around for a bonus.
