With the current attrition wave, are we kissing TMTS good bye?

There are attrition waves at sites too. We are pretty much forced to rely on TMTS to make up for the lost headcount.
They will just keep hiring fresh college graduates.
How high is the wave?
The checkerboard is very complex.
