The company desperately needs corporate governance reform. It may have worked in the old days, but these days, under no circumstances should the CEO be allowed to also serve as the Chairman of the Board. Roman works for himself; board members defer to him.

Doesn’t matter which division. The place is a sinking ship. Worst company I have ever worked for. Chaos. Can’t wait to give my notice this week.

This is not the 3M of 30 years ago. Heck, not even of 10 years ago. In the last 5 years under Mike Romans the company has deliberately pivoted from its intrinsic values like McKnight Principles and valuing and respecting its employee. The management is he-l bent on doing more of the same while expecting different results. And that, my friends, in Einstein's definition of insanity.

It wasn't toxic 5 years ago; it is now & getting more vile by the day.
