Does anyone know what is going on with our PTO? I have less PTO than I have ever had before in my bank and I can’t figure out if something changed or if it is just a delay. Of course getting a hold of HR is next to impossible and pointless anyway. Is anyone else missing days? I started out with a day more of PTO than I have now, and that was a few years ago.
Last year they really tried to sc--w me over, so I wouldn’t be surprised if something is wrong.
Not to mention apparently they changed the attendance policy, but I can’t find documents for it anywhere and management doesn’t know much either.
