Any word on if bonuses/ comp will be higher than last year?
With record profits and retention being a priority (tech) I would hope this year is a good year.
Any thoughts?

dont hold your breath is my advice. probably just on par with last year. even for a top performer youre unlikely to see big gains. some might see good % increases but will mean little in terms of $
