How manipulative this place is. Now management is being all laissez-faire with employees instead of their usual cut your throat or else mentality of dominate driver. They can’t get any body to work here! Hahahahaha. Why weren’t they this way a year ago? Something is up. This is the calm before the next round of layoffs Personalities don’t change. Management is being told to be nice as pie to keep who we got until the next round when India is up and running with the new center. That’s transparency for you. Glad the culture is changing to India. They believe in karma over there. Hahahaha.

They can’t afford to lose any more adjuster . We’re about 2-3 weeks behind on some total loss inspections! Allstate is outsourcing lots of estimates and inspections to independent appraisal companies due to lack of adjusters here! We’re assigned inspects on our days off too .
Really different these days to watch Allstate managers assimilate their personality transplants of trying with all their might to be decent human beings. Ain't buying it but I will go along as if awaiting severance
