Wait till J.Benson from CPMO gains more authority and that mess that will create! She is a lunatic, tired of seeing and listening to her talk daily, nothing but incompetence, she never shuts up either!
I worked for the CPMO for a few months last year - it was a friggin gong show. Constantly changing scope and schedules and nobody managing dependencies between all the major integration projects. The CPMO itself seemed to spend all it's time creating and renaming roles, changing planning and reporting requirements, writing manifestos, and creating chaos for projects inflight. Lots of great people still work there and are doing their best to grind through it, but they have not been able to deliver much. I can't imagine the CPMO will be around long in its current form, especially once they undoubtedly miss the current ERP target go live date.
I'm a CPMO contractor and I can tell ya all of us contractors dont like her we are just here for the $. I get paid and dont have to deliver much at all bunch of clowns governing, enjoy it everyone!
Elder is only interested in growing contractor workforce which is crazy and they are holding us hostage.. She is too junior to realize there are other more efficient ways of completing work. I won't recommend anything in her meetings she holds with us, of course will just watch her fail she earned it!

You have a point..........The lady knows nothing about SAP but wants to run the S/4 program.. She failed at it the first time why not fail again right?

Walters followed as she never understood anything forget the implications of the change we're dealing with right now.. he-l she is keeping former CIO around!! Time to call the ethics line? I have to watch C.E on a daily basis sp-t out lie after lie and aww my god the incompetence is just out of this world the sad part is she believes all her lies and wants to make other believe in them too.. Andrew will have his hands full. I'm sure C.E is already brown nosing if only she had delivered something i just can't respect someone that never delivers.
