I pretty much knew that the store would be closed, but I didn't know it was going to happen this fast. It surprised me! I am absolutely unprepared and that is my big lesson for the future. It's my own fault that I didn't leave earlier. I just hope to find a new job very soon, but I will never ignore red flags again.

Get out now is what to expect. Why stay with a sinking ship? Why put yourself through the stress of eventually (knowingly) losing your job. Get ahead of it before you're forced too.
any severance for anyone? my store isn't on the most recent closings list that i know of yet but we're also not on the list for remodel next year, so just trying to get a sense of what to expect
