if claims supervisors don't want to be team lead. that is ok. because they can get someone from another who wants to be one. have you forgotten about that?

GOOD, WE NEED ONE FOR THE CUSTOMER HOST. HOPEFULLY, WE GET A PERSON WHO DOES NOT PLAY FAVORITES WITH THE LONG-TIME ASSOCIATES. A LOT OF THEM THINK THEY KNOW IT ALL. THERE ARE A FEW ONES THAT ARE VERY NICE.
