It’s crazy Allstate has employees combing Facebook and other social media accounts to try to get those comments removed.
How about not being cheap as--s instead?
How about developing programs that help and actually work. Retain good employees instead of using newly hired untrained labor and Pune India staff.
If Allstate really wanted to settle claims fast, they’d give their adjusters more authority.
