We need to look for an urgent way out of here, because 2022 will be very turbulent, it seems to me. However, I haven't been able to find anything for months. On the other hand, everyone who left says that they found a new job without much trouble. I'm a little worried. Is it really that everyone is finding jobs so easily except me?

Maybe your not finding a job because the people who were let go and are with new companies are telling them not to hire you. A lot of people who were let go in March are screening Cenovus resumes for their new employers.
I can share what I know for people finding new jobs after layoffs. Some of them got job in one week as their high demand in the industry. They do have several choices and picked the preferred one.
Some of them sent lots resumes and finally got one in several months. Some changed location and or title, get paid less than before. In about a year, almost everyone found a job as what I know except some want to retire. So, don't need worry about too much getting another job
