Where does this info come from? Last year comp day was also virtual, but it was one day.
Comp will be spread across 3 days this year due to it being virtual 12th to the 14th.
Yes, confirmed. Jan 13. Managers know the numbers now and have one week to ask HR to make adjustments. In general it's easier to adjust someone's bonus downward than upward. But if it's rob peter to pay paul within the same manager's team, paul's increase is doable.
