I'm not frustrated, I'm way beyond that phase. The best way to deal with issues at Allstate is to leave Allstate and go where management is doing their job much more seriously. I came here just to give advice to those who have just come here and that is to never trust the promises of your manager! Also, you shouldn’t be surprised at all if they don’t inform you about very important things for you and you should always have a plan B. I
I just wonder how many people have been hurt by giving them false promises that they never kept?
