Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

What happened to the HR LDS team?

Seems like many left the organization from LDS team and the managers and some are left. This is the problem of not having proper vision and poor management. Credit to be given to Managers and BK leaders

The only one standing in Bengaluru, sadly. I miss my other LDS and CLO folks I worked with dearly. Some were forced out via layoff, Some via pips and others quit because LDS boss in Bangkok and CLO boss in Houston sacrificed these people for their agendas and rather busy posting in FB, such an insensitive and self loving mgmt. lady.

Well, the (costly and wrong) decision decision makers are still employed and in offices in Houston, Bangkok, and Bengaluru. Only the worker bees were forced out layoff and forced attrition. XOM never holds and let's go mgmt. for their mistakes. It is always worker bees that pay the cost of their bosses mistakes. I am sitting next to the Houston CLO boss and everytime I see her and her little group of ladies that are roaming free with any repercussions of their failed CLO vision I get angry.
