We need to be realistic, there has been a paradigm shift and for a company like Xerox it has not been easy to adapt to new circumstances, new needs. I’ve been in this company for a long time, I’ve been here even when it was incomparably better to work here, and now I’m wondering if management could have done a lot more for X, to more easily adjust to future needs and ultimately, to not touch the rock bottom ?

The steep downhill slide started in 1997 when the first outsider was brought in to lead the company.
Carl Icahn, assert stripper , not tech powerhouse
Xerox Management chose to be a follower rather than a leader
Lost me at paradigm shift.
