How do you know your manager likes you?

  1. No matter how lazy you are, you will be respected as if you were the best employee
  2. No matter how many mistakes you make, everything will be minimized, while the mistakes of those who are not favored are exaggerated
  3. You will have incomparably less work
  4. It will never happen that your schedule is abruptly changed to your detriment

Need I go on?

I'm sick of this company.

That's an easy one!! Your Lowes Manager "likes" you if you're willing to live at the store, pay Lowes rent for doing so, accept the least pay allowed by law, and bring him a box of donuts each morning.

Likes you? They never "like you" ..it's rather they manipulate you to get their names to shine to their bosses. Don't ever fall for that. Mgmt is all manipulation and lies..and retail is the worst.
My DS talks sh-t about everybody behind their backs..can only imagine what he says about me.
