If you're planning to stay here for a while, you better learn the timeless art of backstabbing. That has become the main method of dealing with people here - on all levels. I thought as employees we were all in this together, or at least it was us against the managers. I was so, so wrong. I will not make the same mistake, though.

Exactly my thoughts. It's every person for themselves. If I get ahead, that's all that matters. Even if I don't, not putting myself out on a limb for anyone. Me me me. Good luck with that attitude as-----s.
