Let’s face it, I’m still here because I'm counting days until retirement. If it weren't so, I would be urgently looking for a way to exit. Very often I am ashamed to say that I work in this company, while in fact the management is the one to be ashamed of.
However, some still seem convinced that they are doing great things even though the employees have never been more dissatisfied and the company has never been closer to the rock bottom.

Regarding the pension lump sum, please provide the source.
If you are not aware.... if you had a pension with Xerox... You will no longer be able to take the Lump sum after February...
Get out of town. Celebrate once you have left the city limits.
7 months for Retirement for me and I am counting down each day.
EVERYONE GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN
Time to go, plain and simple.
Your not in Kansas anymore, not even close.
Glad you left xerox. Good luck in your retirement. You made the correct decision. Everyone else should learn from this.
Good for you. Happy retirement.
I recall having a "Countdown 'till Retirement" app on my phone for so many years. When I finally retired a year ago, I felt so liberated and my outlook and general optimism improved significantly. I can still recall how privileged and proud I felt working here as late as 2008. The rewards were frequent and substantial. But since then, I had lost all the motivation and enthusiasm than carried me through the first half of my career.
So glad I'm on the other side now (rarely looking back from which I came). I'm certain the euphoria of finally reaching retirement has also contributed to my state of well-being.
Like me, I hope you can ride it through to the end as well.
