There are about 6 people at my store who got covid within the last week. Every single one of them was vaccinated. The ones who aren't vaccinated are still working and dont have covid.

Also, Omicron is not a threat. It's more contagious yes, but less deadly. It's following actual, real science by evolving like every other damn virus.
It's amazing that people will continue to argue about vaccines. Simple point is that the vaccine may save your life. Not sure why this is a pain point for so many. Nobody said it prevents you from getting Covid. It protects from severe illness and death. How fu---n stupid do you have to be to continue to argue with this? You want to get ki---d by a virus? False. I got vaccinated and have the booster. I currently have covid. The symptoms aren’t as severe, but I’m also told by my employer to quarantine until I can get a negative test.
I work in an office or 6, everyone is vaccinated. 1 person got it and came to work without knowing, now 4 of us have it.
If you read Lowe's current Covid policy. It clearly states that unless you (Yourself) test positive, you need to get to work. It doesn't matter if everyone in your household is SICK and POSITIVE. You Do Not qualify for paid leave to quarantine!
In a nutshell, Lowe's doesn't care if you're exposed daily at home. They want you at work so you can expose your co-workers and customers!!! Until you get a positive test, Lowe's is okay with you exposing everyone at work to Omicron!
