It’s very evident that people never really learn the truth about xerox.
They buy because they know the name xerox, but the equipment is no where near the quality or construction that it used to be. They are bamboozled by sales people, promising the world of their machine. But within a few months their sales rep. has left or their calls or emails are not returned.
Sound Familiar???
About now billing gets involved and screws up totally and hits them with a credit hold or over billing that can’t be easily fixed.
How about supplies. Back ordered toner and supplies? Wrong toner sent. Customers service is on hold for unpaid incorrect supplies shipped?
Very Familiar
Then there are the deliveries that get messed up, with things that didn’t get on the truck for whatever reason.
Well maybe it’s me. I’m just imagining all this stuff. But believe you me, I have seen All of this happen with very little remorse.
Then the tech walks in and grab slammed for something beyond what he can control. God help him if he can’t fix it. But of course xerox will always replace it right. Sure they will, good luck on that one.
My recommendation is shop around and hold people accountable, get it in writing and if need be prepare to take legal action. Whatever it takes.
Oh isn’t it fun getting a new printer copier or mopier? It is indeed. 🎉

I'm a tech, slammed as we speak. Calls out the a*. Half are new machines and pssed off customers. No parts in stock. No engineering to help. Total sh*t show.
Units brought in from Far East require
hardware and software fixing / updating before even going out to the customer ..Constant drain on resources
and added hidden expense..Compared to what use to be built in the USA Xerox
receives junk today.
Xerox hasn’t had a box worth a damn in years. All the machines are full of various electrical issues. Save your money and your sanity.
