Has anyone heard about the new attendance policy they’re starting next year? Moving forward, 3 occurrences will put you on a UN, and 4 will get you termed. Additionally, calling in for consecutive days off (even if you have PTO), will now all be separate occurrences.
What else could go wrong? Oh! If you have to miss half your shift for some reason, and you don’t let them know before the shift, it counts as TWO occurrences.
