im DS CL 24, G, got 2.5%
another CL 24 who i know, got E, promotion to 25, and 10% total. he is HiPo, I am not. so the message is "please stick around" to HiPo, which most of us arent.
Not surprising. The id--t at top will continue to be an id--t undermining employees because he knows that most old, skill less employees wouldn't leave no matter how they are treated. So it is upto each employee to take matters in their own hand and regain respect and dignity by leaving the id--t and his cronies altogether.
YES, encouraged to move on to the next chapter, which does not include ExxonMobil.
