lol dismissal for no vaccine is for cause....your lawyer just wants the fees lol...clearly I don't work with the brightest bunch of people.
I hope Cenovus does the same thing! Its time they do.
I applied for a job with them just two weeks ago. Knowing a person over there, the individual refused to get their vaccinations and was let go. Will likely see her working at a Safeway and regret making 125K+ per.
They are on unpaid leave indefinitely where they should be. Hopefully they just leave them there and don’t bring them back.
