How many of you have been labeled as bad performers without any previous warning and no good reason? Looks like the number of bad performers is rising drastically, especially in the last year or so. Either we have all collectively decided to not do our jobs properly or it's pure bu-----t and a way to keep them from giving us what we deserve. Guess which it is?

While I was doing barely any work, I was an excellent performer, and now that I am doing enough work for two people I am suddenly a bad performer - how's that possible?
Bad performers does not mean you do not do your job well. Bad performers means your boss doesn’t like you. You failed at performing to make your boss look good.
