Hiring at the Good Hands under TG

I work in unspoken unit (hello home office). NO ONE is applying internally or externally for positions. People are quitting in records numbers since TG (no surprise) but last hire had ONE applicant. One. Zhe got the job (he/she is proper pronoun Allstate has taught me I spend more time on this social garbage then work now).

I hope policyholders, insureds, media read this board because they will see what their premium dollars buy them with TG. Garbage.

Is my syntax correct @$$holes? If not go f yourself.

Oh well this is -- sarcasm inserted here -- good news for applicants. @3am, claiming to be from Talent Acquisition, who seemingly should be focused on hiring, is posting on a layoff board, and is disclosing information about job applicants. Talk about insane!

I am in TA and can say the OP is wrong, I just looked at multiple reqs as I can see all of them and quite a few I looked at had over 100 applicants with about 10-15% of the applicants being internal. I looked at a few reqs for claims and the number of people applying to those reqs was just insane.

The OPs open anger, distemper, and disdain is obviously a cry for help.

Unfortunately , this site is anonymous and we can't help the OP. All we can hope for is that the OP gets back on his medication promptly.

There are many open attorney positions with staff counsel but very few applicants. I think all the bad press, layoffs, etc are scaring away applicants. Sad state of affairs.

Trans money grab has been a disaster. Stealing money from profitable agents rewarding to boiler room agents is not the answer to increased market share.
