Everyone needs to be checking your state laws on Covid/labor law. In my state, this policy they sent out, is a human rights violation and considered discrimination. Fight for your human rights. If you don't fight, we will be like Austrailia. Save our freedoms.

I heard that they aren’t going to do it while legal challenges are being worked out in the courts. Quite frankly, and it might just be my store, but I think it will get pencil whipped like anything else.
