No, Belk has not hired the best recently.
New hires were paid more, and demonstrated inadequate work ethics, thats when veteran employees left and went elsewhere for better pay.

Kolbe has been around the retail block more times than the UPS truck. He goes from job to job to job to job, never really accomplishing anything significant.
