Fannie had 18% attrition in 2022. No major layoffs, but they are doing silent reorgs behind the scene to address bias and bad culture issues. Asking few low rated directors/managers/advisors whose skills are outdated, either asked to leave or forced take other lower level roles within Fannie.

No layoffs until they announce the recession and property values crater. I'm quite sure of that.
