When I see that some people here are very exclusive, so they comment that everyone should unquestioningly submit to Allstate's conditions or resign, then I’m not surprised when top dogs think that way too. Perhaps they shouldn't be so indifferent because I'm almost certain that the company will be in trouble after the holidays, after those last few talented people leave? I hope things change, otherwise indifference will take Allstate to the bottom.

Just cash checks to this $Hitshow crashes, there is no plan go ask agents and CFAs: Allstate is NOT a hold offload its garbage inflated stock price based on cutting costs.
Life is too short to take on a futile effort like trying to reform the company you work for... Why should I care? Let the company fail, there are more places out there that will gladly hire you.
This ship is sinking. ALL stock is still trending in the negative. Icahn will cut this ship up & the rest of it will be sold soon.
