I have several years of experience in other companies. Wherever I started working, at least in the beginning, it was good and only later would things start to get complicated. It's different here. I have a feeling that the company wants to get rid of me from the very beginning, from the first day I came here. Is PepsiCo always so bad at treating new hires? It's just not clear to me why they hired me at all, if it seems like they want to get rid of me as soon as possible.

Had an interview today with a smaller privately held company. Surprisingly ( maybe not so surprising) that company will potentially offer 15% more base compensation plus a potential 10% annual bonus for lower banded employees. I have no clue yet if I will get an offer but I can assure you just the mere possibility of exiting this toxic wasteland was enough to lower my blood pressure and make me feel hopeful again. Anyone who is reading this post and is reviewing applying at PepsiCo or has currently been offered a position and is reviewing - please think twice. Unless you are into constant fear of layoff, hostile managers and cr---y raises - stay clear of this sewer.
I felt like it could have been me writing this. Same situation happened to me. Happy I got out but now regret not detailing the unethical behavior that went on from leadership.
Management is so weak that no one gets fired at PepsiCo. They lay off instead.
I had a Similar experience. I questioned the team dynamics during my interview as they seemed to have responsibilities that completed with each other directly but assumed i was wrong. I was not, and then it’s like there was no room for me and my boss was totally oblivious until things got really bad. Poor management.
